Jo’s impact on the club as Captain, Juniors’ Strength and Conditioning Coach and Regatta Race Control was huge but it extended well beyond these roles, as she forged lifelong friendships and brought a mischievous sense of fun with her no holds barred sense of humour, big personality, generosity of spirit and love of all things sport.

Jo was an ever-present figure at the club becoming involved initially when she came down to support Caroline and Sam but quickly morphing into tackling all aspects of club life, putting in long shifts and selflessly giving up her time to champion the club and all its members.

Jo was the glue behind the scenes and her passing has left a massive hole in our hearts and in our club.

Our thoughts are with Caroline and Sam and her wider family and we send our love and condolences to them.
